What This Place Is

Casa Dragön is a space for training, nervous system regulation, and human transformation in the Sacred Valley of Peru.

Here, the body is not an obstacle to overcome.
It is the vehicle of the work.

We train strength, movement, and the capacity to hold more —
physically, mentally, and energetically.

We do not believe in escaping the body. We believe in inhabiting it with presence. With structure. With coherence.
Because the way you train
is the way you move through life.

Pressure reveals structure.
Movement reveals patterns.
And the body reveals the truth of what you can truly sustain.

Casa Dragön exists as a space to develop that capacity.

In the gym. In life. In the way you inhabit both.
A physical space. A digital body of work. One integrated path.
How to Enter

Three Doors.
One House.

Casa Dragön is expressed through three doors. Some people come to train the body. Some come to study the work. Some come to walk the territory. All three lead into the same house.

I

Train the Body

Movement. Strength. Regulation. Nervous system capacity.

For those who are ready to build a body capable of holding more life.

II

Study the Work

The Protocols. The Codex. The Architecture.

For those who want to understand the architecture behind transformation.

III

Walk the Territory

Mountains. Paths. Places of power. Living geography.

For those who are ready to enter into a direct relationship with the Earth.

I The Work Comes To You

Dragön Body

A living library of written protocols. Each one designed to cultivate a distinct layer of human capacity — from the nervous system and the structure of the body to cosmological memory and the architecture of wealth.

Precise. Progressive. Complete in itself.

You do not need to be in the Sacred Valley. You need to be ready to work.

II Walk the Territory

Meet the Living Field

Direct immersions in the land — its rhythm, its demands, and the way it responds when you arrive without distractions.

This is not tourism. It is participation.

For individuals and small groups who do not need to be guided gently — only with precision.

III Train in the Sacred Valley

Private training & small groups within Casa Dragön.

Strength, nervous system regulation, and structured movement — applied with precision.

This is not exercise. It is training designed to build a body capable of holding load — physical, mental, and energetic.

In person. In the territory. In the body.

The People Behind the Work

Who shapes
this space.

Sarita

Founder

I arrived in the Sacred Valley years ago without knowing exactly what I had come to build. The work revealed it.

What was born here did not come from theory or from a prefabricated methodology, but from years of practice, observation, and transformation through the body.

Strength. Structure. Presence.

Not as separate disciplines, but as one language. My work is not about teaching techniques. It is about helping the body remember what it already knows. And in that remembering, something deeper begins to organize.

Charlie

Co-Founder

I arrived in the Sacred Valley more than a decade ago. The mountain formed me before any system did.

My work comes from direct observation: sound, vibration, the frequency of the land, and the way the body responds when it learns to listen.

Sound. Vibration. Land.

There are things that cannot be taught as information. They have to be experienced.

Casa Dragön was not born to create something new. It was born to remember something ancient.

A Transmission

If something in you is ready,
begin here.

The first message arrives within the hour.

These are not automated words. I write them myself.

What began years ago in silence — in a valley most people never find — now moves through this channel. This is where I share what truly matters.

Not frequently. Not casually. Only when there is something real to say.

What you receive is not a newsletter.
It is a transmission.
