You are not entertained here.
You are invited to show up — and meet yourself in it.
Casa Dragön is an open-air strength and movement space in Huaran, Sacred Valley, Peru. High-quality equipment. Fixed structure. No distractions. Training at 3,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by the mountains of the Calca province.
The Space
What You Are Walking Into
Casa Dragön is not a commercial gym.
It is a focused, intentional training environment built for people who take their body seriously.
The gym floor holds high-quality strength equipment — barbells, plates, dumbbells, racks, cable and weight machines — alongside open space for movement, mobility, and bodyweight work.
The layout allows for structured lifting and free movement without crowding.
Most people train barefoot or in minimal footwear.
The space is open-air.
Natural light moves through it all day.
No loud music.
No WiFi.
No ambient noise designed to keep you distracted.
What is here: the valley, the mountains, the sky over Huaran.
Training here removes constant stimulation.
The nervous system is given conditions to regulate — through altitude, through open landscape, through the quality of attention the space invites.
There is also a multi-sport court available, when weather permits, for additional movement, variation, and play.
This is a place where strength is built over time.
Where movement becomes more precise.
Where showing up consistently means something.
The space is held with intention.
What you do inside it is yours.
The Environment
Altitude. View. Air.
At 3,000 meters, the body works differently.
Your cardiovascular system adapts.
Your breathing deepens.
Recovery unfolds at a different pace.
Altitude is not a backdrop.
It is a real physiological variable in your training.
The Calca province of the Sacred Valley is one of the most visually striking landscapes in South America.
The views from Casa Dragön are not incidental.
Open sky.
Mountain ridge-line.
The valley floor below.
This is what surrounds your training.
Wide horizons, open sky, and distance in the landscape change how the nervous system responds.
Less noise.
Less compression.
More space to feel what the body is doing.
You will likely train harder and feel more here than you expected.
Not because the space demands performance.
Because it removes much of what normally gets in the way.

Hours
Monday to Saturday: 7am – 12pm
Monday to Friday: 3pm – 6pm
Before You Arrive
Send a heads-up before you come so the gate can be opened for you. A message on WhatsApp is enough.
Your Membership Starts When You Train
The 28-day cycle begins on your first training day — not on the day you pay. This is intentional. Your time starts when your body does.
No Freezes or Extensions
Memberships do not freeze or extend. This policy exists to maintain clarity and fairness across the board. It is part of the structure that makes the space function well for everyone.
Self-Led Training
Casa Dragön is a space for self-directed training. The structure is clear, the environment is held, and your practice is your responsibility. Sarita may not be physically present at every session.
No WiFi
There is no WiFi in the gym. This is not an oversight. It is part of the design. Come to train.
